Kash Patel hints at upcoming arrests in high-profile investigation
“I can announce on your show that we’ve got all the information we need,” said Patel. “We’re working with our prosecutors, the Department of Justice, and the Attorney General Todd Blanche, and we are going to be making arrests, and it’s coming – and I promise you, it’s coming soon.”
Patel went on to say that he was “never going to let this go” because “they tried to thwart our elections and rigged the entire system.”
He also told Bartiromo that his agency had evidence that the election was rigged, which he said would be used for an “entire conspiracy case” concerning the 2020 elections.
“We have the information that backs President Trump’s claim,” said Patel, “but because it’s an ongoing prosecution investigation, I can’t get ahead of the DOJ and the president. I would say, stay tuned this week. You might see a thing or two.”
The FBI has relied on widely debunked reports of voter fraud to obtain access to election records in Fulton County and Maricopa County. Just this week, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) demanded ballots from Wayne County, Michigan, also based on frivolous and unsubstantiated claims of fraud.
Testifying before a U.S. House committee in March, Patel said the FBI has “a number of investigations” open into noncitizens voting in past elections, but he couldn’t say precisely how many or if any evidence of foreign interference in US elections had been discovered.
